Wpływ temperatury procesu na przemiany tłuszczu podczas głębokiego smażenia
PublicationBadano wpływ temperatury w zakresie 160 - 190 C na przemiany termooksydatywne tłuszczów smażalniczych. Miarą degradacji tłuszczu była zmiana jego lepkości. Stwierdzono, że wzrost temperatury i czasu smażenia powoduje wzrost lepkości tłuszczu. Szybkość tych zmian była różna dla różnych surowców tłuszczowych. Wyznaczono równania opisujące wzrost lepkości tłuszczów w funkcji czasu dla temperatur: 160, 175 i 190 C.

Wpływ procesu suszenia osadów ściekowych na specjację metali ciężkich
PublicationPrzedstawiono wpływ temperatury suszenia osadów ściekowych na zmiany specjacji metali ciężkich (Zn, Cu, Cd, Pb), określono stopień mobilności metali ciężkich w aspekcie ich późniejszego zagospodarowania oraz określenie zależności pomiędzy zawartością metali ciężkich a wybranymi parametrami fizyczno-chemicznymi osadów ściekowych. Ekstrakcja sekwencyjna metali ciężkich została wykonana wg schematu Tessier'a.

PublicationW publikacji przedstawiono problematykę z zakresu planowania procesów technologicznych i sterowania produkcją w procesie wytwarzania. Porównano tradycyjne i nowe rozwiązania z zakresu procesu generowania programów sterujących dla obrabiarek NC. Rozważono zagadnienia dekompozycji procesu technologicznego w elastycznie zautomatyzowanej produkcji w aspekcie nowej standaryzacji komputerowej wymiany danych.

O możliwości wykorzystania zjawisk magnetosprężystych do diagnozowania procesu degradacji.
PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki badań właściwości magnetycznych (pętla histerezy magnetycznej, efekt Barkhuausena, emisja magnetoakustyczna) stali P92 poddanej obróbce termicznej. Wykazano, iż uzyskane zmiany w mikrostrukurze mogą być jednoznacznie śledzone na podstawie analizy wyników badań właściwości magnetycznych.

Application of data driven methods in diagnostic of selected process faults of nuclear power plant steam turbine
PublicationArticle presents a comparison of process anomaly detection in nuclear power plant steam turbine using combination of data driven methods. Three types of faults are considered: water hammering, fouling and thermocouple fault. As a virtual plant a nonlinear, dynamic, mathe- matical steam turbine model is used.
