Dla R = iPr oraz iPr2N powstają sole R2P-P(SiMe3)Li·3THF, w których atom litu jest czterokrotnie koordynowany a dla R = Ph powstaje sól [Li·3DME]+[Ph2P-PSiMe3]-, która posiada budowę jonową.
