Wpływ temperatury procesu na przemiany tłuszczu podczas głębokiego smażenia
PublicationBadano wpływ temperatury w zakresie 160 - 190 C na przemiany termooksydatywne tłuszczów smażalniczych. Miarą degradacji tłuszczu była zmiana jego lepkości. Stwierdzono, że wzrost temperatury i czasu smażenia powoduje wzrost lepkości tłuszczu. Szybkość tych zmian była różna dla różnych surowców tłuszczowych. Wyznaczono równania opisujące wzrost lepkości tłuszczów w funkcji czasu dla temperatur: 160, 175 i 190 C.

PublicationW artykule podjęto, bardzo istotny z punktu widzenia bezpieczeństwa i trwałości konstrukcji, temat zachowania się w czasie przyczółków mostowych, które zaprojektowano z wykorzystaniem konstrukcji odciążających z gruntu zbrojonego geosyntetykami. Na dwóch przykładach przeanalizowano zmienność temperatur wewnątrz bloku z gruntu zbrojonego. Temperatura w otoczeniu geozbrojenia syntetycznego może mieć istotny wpływ na jego trwałość.

Superconductivity in the niobium-rich compound Nb5Se4
PublicationThe niobium rich selenide compound Nb5Se4 was synthesized at ambient pressure by high-temperature solid–state reaction in a sealed Ta tube. Resistivity and heat capacity measurements reveal that this compound is superconducting, with a Tc = 1.85K.
