PublicationW artykule przedstawiono metodę pomiaru parametrów impedancyjnych bazującą na próbkowaniu sygnałów pomiarowych i DSP. Przeanalizowano wpływ głównych źródeł niepewności i błędów na dokładność pomiaru pojemności. Zawarto analizę dla następujących parametrów: niesynchroniczne próbkowanie sygnałów pomiarowych (napięciowego i prądowego), rozdzielczość przetwornika a/c i ilość zbieranych próbek.
