PublikacjaZmierzono całkowity przekrój czynny (TCS) na rozproszenie elektronów na drobinach tetrahydropyranu. Pomiary przeprowadzono metodą transmisyjną w zakresie energii zderzenia 1 - 400 eV. Otrzymana zależność energetyczna TCS wskazuje na obecność procesów rezonansowych w zakresie 3 - 15 eV. Uwalnianie potasu przez bakterie osadu czynnego jako reakcja na stosowanie kwasu nadoctowego
PublikacjaBadanie efektu wypływu potasu (GGKE - glutathione-gated potassium efflux) z komórek bakterii osadu czynnego pod wpływem dawkowania kwasu nadoctowego (CH3CO3H). Wzrost stężenia jonów potasu w środowisku osadu czynnego był uzależniony od wielkości dawek kwasu nadoctowego. Maksymalne przyrosty stężeń K+ dla wszystkich zastosowanych dawek kwasu nadoctowego obserwowano po 15-20 minutach reakcji.

PublikacjaW pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań wrażliwości 120 szczepów bakterii wyizolowanych z surowej wody podziemnej i wodociągowej na 15 wybranych antybiotyków. Wykazano, że szczepy pochodzące z wody wodociągowej są bardziej oporne na wybrane antybiotyki II i III generacji. 40% szczepów z surowej wody oraz 87% szczepów z wody wodociągowej było opornych na więcej niż jeden antybiotyk.

PublikacjaOtrzymano 15 nowych związków: 2-(alkilotio)-4-chloro-N-(4,5-dihydro-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-5-metylobenzenosulfonamidów, dla których opracowano nową metodę syntezy. Dla jednej pochodnej wyznaczono strukturę rentgenowską. Związek nr 36 wykazuje wysoką aktywność przeciwnowotworową w stosunku do 13 linii komórek nowotworowych o poziomie GI_50 w zakresie stężeń 1,9-3,0 μM.

PublikacjaPrzedstawiono wyniki solubilizacji dwóch związków hydrofobowych - tetrachloroetylenu i dodekanu oraz dwóch bazowych olejów mineralnych - SAE 30/95 i PAO6 w wodnych roztworach syntetycznych związków powierzchniowo czynnych oraz biosurfaktantów.
