PublikacjaThe influence of novel aliphatic polyurethanes on growth of Staphyloccocus aureus (SA)in the around of polymer samples has been estimated by disk method. It was staed that the growth of SA was inhibited.The influence of polyurethanes on planctonic Staphyloccocus aureus was also pefrormed by tube method. In this test the slight decrease of bacteria concentration was noticed.

Multimodal Attention Stimulator
PublikacjaMultimodal attention stimulator was proposed and tested for improving auditory and visual attention, including pupils with developmental dyslexia. Results of the conducted experiments shown that the designed stimulator can be used in order to improve comprehension during reading tasks. The changes in the visual attention, observed in reading test results, translate into the overall reading performance.

Numerical methods for the assessment of bridge safety barriers
PublikacjaThe paper presents a numerical study of the bus crash test for bridge safety barriers. The analysis is conducted with the use of explicit code LS-DYNA. The problem of hourglass effect in shell elements is discussed. The simulations of bus impact against the barrier show that the analyzed barrier withstands the impact forces and restrains the bus trajectory to the bridge road.

The effectivness of fault detection in common rail injectors examination methods
PublikacjaThe article presents the effectiveness tests of fault detection in common rail injectors. 40 injectors with different wear levels were tested. Testing was made on two test benches of a completely different design. Research includes comparison of accuracy, reproducibility and testability to detect specific defects. PublikacjaThe dataset titled Impedance spectra of RC model as a result of testing pulse excitation measurement method contains the impedance spectrum of an exemplary test RC model obtained using pulse excitation. The dataset allows presentation of the accuracy of the impedance spectroscopy measuring instrument, which uses the pulse excitation method to shorten the time of the whole spectrum acquisition.

Assessment of hydrogenation of deposited metal of P 62 MR covered electrodes
PublikacjaThe determination of diffusible hydrogen content in deposited metal of P 62 MR covered electrodes for manual metal arc welding by mercury method was carried out. The test results indicate that covered electrodes 62 P MR grade generate a mean of 4.02 ml/100g of diffusible hydrogen in deposited metal, which is consistent with H5 class.
