The energy consumption during the birch tree sap concentration process using the reverse osmosis system
PublikacjaBirch tree sap was concentrated by mens of the reversed osmosis technique. The energy consumption in a small-scale pilot apparatus was estimated. The threshold value for the water removal above which the specific energy consumption significantly increased was identified.
