PublicationCelem prowadzonych badań było określenie roli UDP-glukuronylotransferaz, uważanych za najważniejsze enzymy detoksykujące, w metabolizmie pochodnych imidazo- i triazoloakrydonu. Wykazano, że najbardziej aktywne przeciwnowotworowo związki z obu grup, tj.
