PublicationPrzeprowadzono badania wpływu parametrów procesowych na wielkość pęcherzy powietrza i stopień zatrzymania gazu we współprądowej kolumnie barbotażowej do flotacji białek serwatkowych. Stwierdzono, że na wielkość powierzchni międzyfazowej gaz-ciecz można wpływać poprzez zmianę: prędkości przepływu gazu, pH roztworu oraz w wyniku wprowadzenia do roztworu substancji powierzchniowo czynnych palmitynianu sodu i cytrynianu trietylu.
