    In the paper dierent approaches of predicting blood pressure values are presented. Basically, two methods and theirs modifications are considered. In total, seven algorithms have been examined.     This paper presents concept of the RAKE receiver method with implemented algorithm of shifted phase WMSA filter (Weighed Multi-Slot Averaging).     The paper presents the results of numerical stress analysis of the bridge rod hangers. Two types of hangers were taken into account, i.e. the bolted hanger and the welded hanger. A detailed FEM shell models of the connection area between the hanger and the bridge span have been developed.
