Measurement system based on USB Z-Wave controller
PublikacjaA wireless measurement system based on the Z-Wave standard is presented in this paper. The system is composed of a U SB Z-Stick Gen5 controller connected to a Personal Computer and a Fibaro controller FGRGBWM-441. Operation of the system is controlled by software written in C++ using OpenZWave library. Some metrological aspects of the system are evaluated: accuracy, linearity, resolution and frequency of voltage measurements.

Macromodels for Efficient Analysis of Open-Region Problems Using the Finite Element Method
PublikacjaThis paper presents a local model-order reduction, called macromodeling, applied to speed-up the simulations of open-region problems, analyzed by means of finite element method. This technique is illustrated by a numerical example, which deals with a dielectric resonator antenna (DRA). The obtained results show that the proposed approach is reliable and can significantly increase the standard finite element method efficiency.

Path Loss Measurements in Wideband Radio Link Designed for Maritime Environment
PublikacjaIn the article, the research and analysis of path loss in designed and evaluated digital radio link for high-speed data transmission in maritime environment is presented. Collected samples of received signal were used to determine the mean path loss and its standard deviation. Measuring campaign was carried out in a real maritime conditions. The mean value of path loss reached 126 dB on a distance of 11.16 km.

PublikacjaThis paper presents results of bakery-waste methane-fermentation. The scope of the study covers the determination of basic physicochemical parameters, process dynamics and retention time as well as biogas composition and biogas efficiency. Methane fermentation process was carried out in accordance with German Standard DIN 38414 S8 and under condition of 38°C. Conclusion: bakery wastes have big potential for biogas production.

PublikacjaW pracy przedstawiono motywacje wprowadzania nowego standardu protokołu IP. Scharakteryzowano protokół IPv6 i stan jego standaryzacji. Opisano metody współpracy sieci IPv4 z sieciami pracującymi z protokołem IPv6. Omówiono możliwe warianty migracji z IPv4 do IPv6, w tym wykorzystanie translacji protokołów.
