Aggregated conducted interferences generated by group of asynchronous drives with deterministic and random modulation
PublicationThis paper addresses problems linked with electromagnetic interferences generated by group of three adjustable speed drives fed by frequency converters with deterministic and random modulation. Based on the experimental results it has been shown that decreasing of the conducted interferences in a case of random modulation is measuring phenomenon linked with selectivity of the EMI receiver.

Sensorless Control of Induction Machine Supplied by Current Source Inverter
PublicationThe paper describes the voltage control technique of induction machines supplied by a current source inverter. The control system is based on proposed new multi-scalar variables, which are named “r.” The control system contains the output filter capacitor's model. Macromodels for Efficient Analysis of Open-Region Problems Using the Finite Element Method
PublicationThis paper presents a local model-order reduction, called macromodeling, applied to speed-up the simulations of open-region problems, analyzed by means of finite element method. This technique is illustrated by a numerical example, which deals with a dielectric resonator antenna (DRA). The obtained results show that the proposed approach is reliable and can significantly increase the standard finite element method efficiency.

Modelling of Geared Multi-Rotor System
PublicationIn the paper the method of modelling a speed-varying geared rotor system is presented. The proposed approach enables us to obtain an accurate low-order lumped parameter representation of the investigated system. The final model consists of reduced modal models of an undamped beam/torsional shaft system as well as a spatially lumped model of other linear and nonlinear phenomena including gear mesh interaction.

Noninvasive method for rotor fault diagnosis in inverter fed induction motor drive
PublicationThis article presents a proposal, simulation and experimental results of a noninvasive rotor fault diagnosis method for the inverter fed induction motor drive. Comparing to reported methods the proposed one does not require any load, rotor brake, slip, mechanical or electrical system physical modification e.g. machine disassembly and can be applied regardless the rotor speed measurement or estimation method.

Path Loss Measurements in Wideband Radio Link Designed for Maritime Environment
PublicationIn the article, the research and analysis of path loss in designed and evaluated digital radio link for high-speed data transmission in maritime environment is presented. Collected samples of received signal were used to determine the mean path loss and its standard deviation. Measuring campaign was carried out in a real maritime conditions.
