    Quaternions are hypercomplex number of rank 4. They are often applied to mechanics in three-dimensional space and considered as one of the best ways to represent rotations. In this paper a new encryption scheme, based on the rotation of data vector in three-dimensional space around another quaternion (key) is proposed.
