Problems with microprocessor voltage-to-frequency and frequency-to-voltage converters implementation
PublicationThe article presents the problems of digital voltage-to-frequency and frequency-to-voltage processing. Transducer systems implemented in microprocessor technology are presented, the timing of signals and functioning algorithms are discussed. An analysis of processing errors has been performed and the results of experimental studies of realized systems are presented.

Comparative study of flow condensation in conventional and small diameter tubes
PublicationIn the paper a method developed earlier by the first author is applied to calculations of heat transfer coefficient for inside tube condensation. Synthesis and structural characterization of new cyclic siloxane with functionalized organic substituents
PublicationOcta(2-pyridyloxy)cyclotetrasiloxane was isolated as the product of the reaction between silicon disulfide and 2-hydroxypyridine. The new compound has been characterised by single crystal X-ray analysis, revealing a planar eight-membered ring with functionalized organic substituents on the silicon atoms.

The effect of long-term service at elevated temperatures on structure and mechanical properties of Cr-Mo-V steel
PublicationPurpose: of this paper is to reveal the microstructural changes in 13HMF steel exposed to long-term service at elevated temperatures. The degradation of bainite structure was determined and carbides morphology has been examined. A convenient and efficient alfa-sulfenylation of carbonyl compounds
PublicationA method for alfa-sulfenylation of carbonyl compounds by a 5,5-dimethyl-2-thioxo-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane-2-disulfanyl derivatives has been developed. Readily available reagents, mild reaction conditions, and excellent yields with high selectivity makes this method quite simple, convenient and practical.
