Effects of mechanical stress on electrical arameters and noise of supercapacitors
PublicationResults of noise and electrical parameters measurements of prototype electrochemical double layer capacitors (EDLC) are reported at the presence of selected mechanical stress. This issue is of great importance due to future applications in wearable technology. The measurement results are compared, and we may conclude than flicker noise is more sensitive to any stress than other considered electrical parameters.

Modification of current-voltage characteristics of planar organic systems by nm-thick interlayer
PublicationEffect of nm-thick interlayer of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) or perylene dye (MePTCDI) on current-voltage characteristics of planar organic systems is discussed in the work. The MePTCDI layer strongly limits injection of holes from ITO into CuPc, while CuPc limits injection of electrons from ITO into MePTCDI. PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki badań zużycia ściernego przy użyciu tribometru z ruchem posuwisto-zwrotnym oraz wirującej tarczy. Wykazano, że zużycie ścierne nie jest jednoznaczną funkcją parametrów nadtapiania laserowego. Wzrost mocy lasera powoduje wzrost twardości sprzyjający zwiększeniu odporności na zużycie ścierne stopu, ale zarazem także - wzrost chropowatości powierzchni sprzyjający spadkowi odporności.
