UV-induced electron transfer between triethylamine and 5-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine. A puzzle concerning the photochemical debromination of labeled DNA
Publikacja5-Bromo-2'-deoxyuridine (BrdU) photosensitizes DNA to strand break formation. Unraveling the Interplay between DNA and Proteins: A Computational Exploration of Sequence and Structure-Specific Recognition Mechanisms
PublikacjaMy PhD dissertation focused on DNA-protein interactions and the recognition of specific DNA sequences and structures.
