The Methods for RTS Noise Identification
PublicationIn the paper authors present two methods, which allows to identify the RTS noise in noise signal of semiconductor devices. The first one was elaborated to identify the RTS noise and also to estimate the number of its levels. PublicationA complete – system of Maxwell equations is splitting into independent subsystems by means of a special dynamic projecting technique. The technique relies upon a direct link between field components that determine correspondent subspaces. Selective jamming of OFDM transmission in NB-IoT radio interface
PublicationThe paper presents the concept of smart jamming, which involves selective interference aimed at critical components of the OFDM signal. Research verifying the feasibility of this type of electronic attack are described. A realized testbed for jamming real NB-IoT signals in a downlink is presented. The test results demonstrate the feasibility of realizing selective jamming and its greater effectiveness compared to barrage interference.
