PublicationA general facile method to synthesize the N-gamma-alkyl and N-gamma,N-gamma-dialkyl derivatives of L-glutamine (1a-d) from L-glutamic acid as a starting substrate is presented. PublicationThe new conjugates of mycophenolic acid (MPA) were obtained in the reaction of N6-(ω-aminoalkyl)adenosines with MPA in the presence of EDCI as a coupling reagent.
