ANALYZING TITLES OF ECONOMY NEWS TO UNDERSTAND IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON ECONOMICAL SITUATION
PublicationCovid-19 affected the whole world in a short time, causing serious panic and uncertainty in society. Because it was an unprecedented disease, the medical community has worked hard to find out how to deal with it, and it continues to do so. The rapid spread of the disease, the shortage of hospital capacity and the increase in deaths drove the whole world to a closure, so to speak. In this time period, life in the world came to a...

Eventual Convergence of the Reputation-Based Algorithm in IoT Sensor Networks
PublicationUncertainty in dense heterogeneous IoT sensor networks can be decreased by applying reputation-inspired algorithms, such as the EWMA (Exponentially Weighted Moving Average) algorithm, which is widely used in social networks. Despite its popularity, the eventual convergence of this algorithm for the purpose of IoT networks has not been widely studied, and results of simulations are often taken in lieu of the more rigorous proof....

Fake News: Possibility of Identification in Post-Truth Media Ecology System
PublicationInformation comes as basic good which affects social well-being. A modern society and a modern state – its administration, education, culture, national economy and armed forces – cannot function efficiently without a rationally developed field of information. The quality of the functioning of that system depends on a specific feature of information, that is namely: its reliability which makes it possible for us to evaluate accuracy,...

On Improved-Reliability Design Optimization of High-Frequency Structures Using Local Search Algorithms
PublicationThe role of numerical optimization has been continuously growing in the design of high-frequency structures, including microwave and antenna components. At the same time, accurate evaluation of electrical characteristics necessitates full-wave electromagnetic (EM) analysis, which is CPU intensive, especially for complex systems. As rigorous optimization routines involve repetitive EM simulations, the associated cost may be significant....
