PublicationPokazano wyniki badań wpływu nadtapiania laserowego przy zastosowaniu różnej mocy lasera na grubość i mikrostrukturę warstwy wierzchniej oraz zużycie tribokorozyjne w roztworze Ringera. Wykazano, że nadtapianie, choć powoduje powierzchniowe spękanie, prowadzi do znacznego wzrostu odporności na zużycie tribokorozyjne. Mechanizm zużycia ściernego stopu Al-Si nadtapianego laserowo w niskiej temperaturze.
PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki badań zużycia ściernego przy użyciu tribometru z ruchem posuwisto-zwrotnym oraz wirującej tarczy. Wykazano, że zużycie ścierne nie jest jednoznaczną funkcją parametrów nadtapiania laserowego. Wzrost mocy lasera powoduje wzrost twardości sprzyjający zwiększeniu odporności na zużycie ścierne stopu, ale zarazem także - wzrost chropowatości powierzchni sprzyjający spadkowi odporności.
