PublicationOpisano badania kompozytów: silumin AlSi11-żelazo albo silumin AlSi11-stal narzędziowa N9 (otrzymanych in situ), a także samego siluminu AlSi11 w skojarzeniu z żeliwem 350, przy tarciu ślizgowym w ruchu posuwisto-zwrotnym. Stwierdzono wpływ sposobu otrzymywania materiału kompozytowego na zużycie i opory ruchu skojarzenia badawczego, w szczególności materiały te zużywały się wolniej, niż silumin AlSi11.

Possibilities of Increasing the Overall Efficiency of Gas-steam CHP Microplant
PublicationThe paper presents ways to increase the efficiency of a gas-steam micro power plant by modifying the cycle combination. The modification consists in partial release of the fluid downstream of the gas turbine and using it for ORC fluid overheating and evaporation. Local variance factors in deformation analysis of non-homogenous monitoring networks
PublicationThis paper proposes a modification of the classical deformation analysis algorithm for non-homogeneous (e.g. linear-angular) monitoring networks. The basis for the proposed solution is the idea of local variance factors. The theoretical discussion was complemented with an example of its application on a simulated horizontal monitoring network. Functional properties of edible films for food applications - a review

Due to the hydrophilic nature of proteins and polysaccharides, films prepared from these polymers are too susceptible to moisture. Analysis of graphene multi-strip planar guiding structures with the use of spectral domain approach
PublicationSpectral domain approach is modified and used to analyze some simple structures containing graphene strips. The modification is simple and concerns the Green’s function only. Moreover, the method is combined with the recently published root finding algorithms, which significantly improve the efficiency of the analysis. The results obtained for a simple guiding structure is verified and the field displacement effect is confirmed.
