PublikacjaA short series of novel ester derivatives of N3-4-methoxyfumaroyl-(S)-2,3-diaminopropanoic acid (FMDP) containing amido or keto functions have been designed and synthesized. Their antifungal activity and inhibitory properties toward fungal glucosamine-6-phosphate synthase has also been evaluated.
