HILS for the Design of Three-Wheeled Mobile Platform Motion Surveillance System with a Use of Energy Performance Index
PublicationCurrent tendency in mechatronic design requires the use of comprehensive development of an environment, which gives the possibility to prototype, design, simulate and integrate with dedicated hardware. The paper discusses the Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulations (HILS) mechatronic technique, used during the design of the surveillance system based on energy performance index. The presented test configuration (physical controller – emulated...

ALGORYTMY STEROWANIA SILNIKA WYSOKOPRĘŻNEGO Z UKŁADEM COMMON RAIL
PublicationRozwój wiedzy i technologii związanej z procesami spalania paliwa w silniku i prowadzeniem kontrolowanego procesu spalania, skutkuje wzrostem sprawności silników i lepszą ochroną środowiska.

Real-Time connection Between Immerse 3D Vizualization Laboratory and Kaskada Platform
PublicationMultimedia stream processing into two cooperative different systems (cluster platform and virtual lab) is considered. The considered selected information about the systems is presented and the idea of its communication when executing the distributed application is proposed. A general schema of the communication architecture is given. Tests of data transmission quality are considered and their results are presented.

Management Information Base module for electrical power system configuration and use
PublicationInternet standards describe a virtual information store, termed the Management Information Base (MIB), which is made available through Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP). No standard MIB exists to date for monitoring power lines in facilities over IP network. This paper defines a subset of the MIB for power system monitoring.

Nieliniowa statyka 6-parametrowych powłok sprężysto plastycznych. Efektywne obliczenia MES

Four Degree-of-Freedom Hydrodynamic Maneuvering Model of a Small Azipod-Actuated Ship With Application to Onboard Decision Support Systems
PublicationThe main contribution of this paper is a numerical ship motion model of NTNU’s research vessel Gunnerus, capturing the surge, sway, roll, and yaw dynamics when sailing in uniform and steady currents. The model utilizes a crossflow drag formulation for the transverse viscous loads, and it includes a nonlinear formulation for the propulsion and steering loads provided by two azipod thrusters. A wide range of experimental data obtained...

Application of data driven methods in diagnostic of selected process faults of nuclear power plant steam turbine
PublicationArticle presents a comparison of process anomaly detection in nuclear power plant steam turbine using combination of data driven methods. Three types of faults are considered: water hammering, fouling and thermocouple fault. As a virtual plant a nonlinear, dynamic, mathe- matical steam turbine model is used. Two approaches for fault detection using one class and two class classiers are tested and compared.
